In accordance with the requirements of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 "On Personal Data Protection" (UAE PDPL), I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to EXPANUM DESIGN – FZCO (License No 73692)(hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to process my personal data under the following conditions:

1. My consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

2. This consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.

3. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: personal data that does not belong to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data (except in cases when such data is voluntarily transmitted by the User for publication):

1) Full name;

2) e-mail;

3) mobile phone number.

4) IP address, location data, and cookies.

5) Telegram ID;

6) Photo/video;

7) Residential address.

4. Purpose of personal data processing: 

1) processing of an order/request for services and user identification;

2) processing and receiving payments, disputing payments.

3) providing the User with the ability to use Resources.

4) providing the User with client and technical support in case of problems related to the use of Resources and / or services provided by the Operator through the Site;

5) implementation of advertising and newsletters to the User's e-mail/mobile phone number;

6) processing User requests sent to the Operator.

7) publication on the Operator's Website and other resources of information about the User and their feedback on the Operator's services;

8) ensuring the correct functioning of Resources;

9) providing access to information contained on the Operator's Resources.

5. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; refinement (update, change); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

6. In order to achieve the purposes of processing, the Operator assigns the following categories of third parties to process the personal data provided. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following third parties:

1) mobile operators;

2) owners of social networks;

3) owners of instant messengers.

4) specialized platforms for sending out advertising offers.

7. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. I agree to qualify as a simple electronic signature under the consent and Privacy Policy if I perform one or more of the following actions:

1) I put a symbol in the checkbox (in the input field) next to the text: "I consent to the processing of my personal data", or

2) when I click on an interface element with the text "Pay", either

3) payment for the Operator's services, or

4) sending a confirmation in response to the documents provided for review that I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data and the terms of the Operator's public offer.

9. The consent is valid from the moment it is provided until it is revoked.

I have the right to withdraw my consent by sending an application to the Operator in the form of an electronic document by e-mail: info@expanumdesign.com.

The Operator stops processing personal data within 10 business days of receiving the request, except in cases where data processing is required by law.
